Refund & Cancellation Policy

Everything is free during our launch

We do not charge for any service on ipvaluation.ragulikaip.com: valuation orders, preliminary reports, invention summaries, expert verification, listings, NDAs, data rooms or negotiations. We have no payment gateway, take no card or bank details and collect no money, so there is nothing to refund.

If anyone asks you to pay to use this platform, or to pay Ragulika IP in connection with a marketplace listing, do not pay and report it to contact@ragulikaip.com.

Cancelling

• Valuation orders: until a valuer starts work you can cancel from the order page in your portal. After that, send us a message on the order and we will stop work and close it, usually within one business day. Either way there is no charge.
• Invention summaries: you can delete a summary, its versions and the uploaded specification at any time from your portal.
• Listings: you can pause or withdraw a listing at any time. Withdrawing ends data-room access for buyers; signed NDAs stay in force for the period they state.
• Your account: you can ask us to erase your account and personal data in Account → Privacy & my data.

Payments between marketplace users

Deals agreed through the marketplace are paid directly between buyer and seller under their own agreement. Ragulika IP does not receive or hold that money and cannot refund it.

If fees are introduced

If we start charging, we will publish a full refund and cancellation policy and the prices at least 30 days before any charge, and fees will apply only to orders you place after accepting them. No charges will ever be made for work started while the Services were free.
